Welcome Ruby Bay International Film Festival.
We are very proud to introduce our new International Film Festival. A quarterly awards competition is dedicated to recognizing filmmakers. We welcome filmmakers from all over the world and short films of all genres. All submitted films will be previewed by a team of experienced screeners who then evaluate the films during each season. A quarterly awards competition is dedicated to recognizing the hard work and effort filmmakers are putting into their productions. Our main focus is on a well developed and interesting storyline.
